Care Package Project Continues

I want to take a moment and thank everyone who has donated time, effort, and supplies to the care packages we have recently created. They were so successful that I want to continue to build and distribute them. This is a fantastic way for businesses and churches to get involved in UBFM. Last year, during the cold season, there were a few businesses that placed a box in the lounge and labeled it "coats and blankets". Because of those efforts, many people on the streets received supplies that kept them warm in the winter.

If you are interested in contributing to UBFM, simply get a box, tape a list of supplies we need on it, and place it at your church or work place. Here is a list of the items we are looking for (but not limited to):


Toothpaste and toothbrush
small packages of candy, gum, tick tacks (this is a big one)
juice boxes
small packages of snacks
deodorant
soap
lotion
lip balm
travel size shampoo and conditioner
travel size soap
toothbrush holders
wet wipes
sunscreen
insect repellant
small things we can put in a large ziplock
one gallon ziplocks
