Greetings and Good Day to you all!
My favorite day has arrived and I am overly excited for some
fellowship and a good bike ride. I have tried to keep and eye on the weather
forecast this week and it seems that there are some isolated thunderstorms in
the area and a thirty percent chance that we will see them. Thirty is not bad.
If we do get some showers, God bless us as we continue. It hasn’t stopped us
yet!
We are low on a few supplies. I only have one case of water
remaining. As we know, water is an
essential element for our friends on the street this time of year. Also, we
could use some snacks. Chips, cookies, granola bars, Pop Tarts, apples,
oranges, candy, etc. are all highly appreciated. If you would like to donate
any supplies you can drop them off on my porch (UBFM meeting place: 124 Roberta
Dr. Memphis 38112.) If you are unable to commute to midtown give me a call and
I will come to you. 931-703-7542
Our routine will be as usual tonight: You are welcome to
show up any time after 6:30 PM for bike maintenance or for community breeze
shooting—as I like to call it--but we will load up at 7:30, pray, then ride out
at 8:00 PM. Thank you all for your involvement in this ministry. Everything
comes together because of you and your efforts. For all of those who plan on
riding with us tonight I can’t wait to share some time and fellowship with you.
For all who are unable to participate I ask that you send us some prayers for
safety and pray that we find those who need us the most tonight. Pray that our
lights are bright in Memphis on this evening.
Peace
